Store Policy

Unfortunately because we deal with cosmetics, nothing can be returned once it is USED, if product is unused please return to address stated on your packing slip, email us directly and we will pay for your postage to return your products.

Altering Orders: If changes need to put into place please contact us immediately after purchase is made! Once packages are at shipping facilities we can no longer alter orders.

Damaged Products/Missing: When all orders are packed we check to make sure each product is intact and safely packed, you are also sent a tracking number to track exactly were you products are. If products are delivered or damaged please reach out to Billiee Beauty directly within 24 hours we will do our best to work a solution out with you!
